Collaborative Therapeutic Model
Every child at SINAI Schools has different needs, and every child responds differently to different therapies. That’s why we offer so many different types of therapy to our students.
Therapeutic services at SINAI are offered as an integrated part of our students’ school day. Therapies are one-on-one or in groups, depending on each child’s individual needs. Our therapists both pull out and push into the classrooms, working within the class setting and advising the teachers on an ongoing basis.
Therapies we offer include:
All of our schools have an on-site psychologist or social worker, who works with our students on developing their emotional, behavioral, and social growth. Mental health support may include one-on-one or group counseling, social skills services, and play therapy, as needed. We also coordinate with our parents and our students’ outside mental healthcare professionals to ensure that we see their progress and development not only in school, but in all areas of life.
From the bottom of my heart, I thank you for taking my boy and turning him into an inquisitive, learning, growing, and very polite, helpful and well-mannered young man.
